10% of full charge retained if more than 48 hours notice given
25% of full charge retained if 24 to 48 hours notice given
50% of full charge retained if 12 to 24 hours notice given
100% of full charge retained if less than 12 hours notice given
No charge if a booking is cancelled and re-booked for a later available date given 48hrs notice
